так і це правда ,вкотре переконуюся, що саме так воно і є. Сьогодні ходила купувати квитки до Києва, щоб зустрітися з однією важливою для мене людиною )) і взяла останній квиточок, який здали переді мною ))) такого захвату і радості в мене не було давно)))
тепер в мене є два квитка до Києва і знову додому )))

MCP election

I know a lot of people were waiting for this post. Finally I feel like doing that. Sharing those emotions with those who weren't at MCP election of AIESEC in Ukraine.
Yes, I was along, - and it made me much more stress before the conference , that usually it can take, but there were 1 big plus I was really calm and happy during the conference and election day.
so, my first speech (Motivation for the position) looked like this:




Then 1 hour of Question on external awareness:

Second speech and again 1 hour of answers :)) They went so quickly for me, and liked the process, when you confident in what you propose and what you want to continue, change and make, - answering becomes fun :)

That exactly what I feel right now.
In AIESEC a lot of things you learn firstly because it's needed to know and only afterworlds understanding is coming. Today I was thinking about Competency model. Actually, I've never been thinking so deeply if AIESEC is really has so big impact on me, what actually it gives to me.
Today while chatting with smart people I was working some years ago, I realized how much I've changed. I've never been so confident in what I'm doing, happy, patient, people oriented.
